Piguet was born and grew up in Denver, where she studied business and psychology. After her graduation, she has held various positions, including occupied the posts of Adolph Coors and Logitech, before founding his own company, Plan B Marketing, in 1994. In 1999, she moved to the Switzerland and worked as a consultant senior firm recruiting executives Weck & partners. Piguet joined IMD in 2002 and became Associate Director of admissions in 2005. It handles now admissions and marketing for the school.
