People: Fraser McInnes, installed at the sharp end (Scottish)

Ayr former resident Fraser McInnes has proven that it is a "cut above the rest", after being named the new "color Director" show Sassoon in Edinburgh.The hairdresser has returned to Scotland after shines in the role at the salon of Sassoon in San Francisco for four years.
