Acts of Congress stop fake caller ID fraud (CBS News)

Bill would require the post-transaction advertisers disclose the terms of their offers and information billing directly to consumers. Prohibit Internet retailers to transfer information from billing to third-party vendors and cracking down on use of ?negative options? where consumers are charged monthly until they communicate with vendor third to cancel their membership fees.
