Signal of future joint actions open for equities

The Dow Jones industrial average rose 93.47 points or 0.74%, at the end informally to 12,719.49.

(Reuters) The specified stock market index futures a mixed open on Wall Street Friday, with futures for the S & P 500 fell by 0.1%, while the Dow Jones and Nasdaq 100 Futures increased by 0.1%.

* Data at 1230 GMT are expected to show that US companies stepped up hiring in June, then only the economy recovered a blunder in recent months although employment growth was not expected to be strong enough to eat in a high unemployment.

* Non-farm compensation is expected to have increased by 90,000, according to a Reuters survey last week. In may, employment rose a paltry 54 000. Many economists raised their forecasts Thursday after a stronger than expected reading the U.S. private hiring of ADP payroll processor, and they now expect gains anywhere between 125,000 and 175,000.

* Caterpillar Inc. (CAT.)(N), major manufacturer the most heavy equipment, said China regulator has approved its acquisition of the American Society of mining Bucyrus International (BUCY)(O), paving the way for the company completed an agreement announced in November.

* The Department of Commerce release inventories wholesale for may at 1400 GMT. Economists forecast inventories may rise 0.7% to 0.8% in April.
