Cantor signals flexibility on the shortcomings of the tax (AP)

WASHINGTON — a top House Republican is signalling that it is prepared to consider the proposals of the White House to fill the gaps of the tax in advance a meeting tomorrow with President Barack Obama on cutting budget and authorizing the Government to continue to borrow to meet its obligations.

The majority leader Eric Cantor, said that "we will be happy to talk about the loopholes" in the White House. The Republican of Virginia participated in the budgetary negotiations led by Vice President Joe Biden but left the talks because of the requirements of the administration on taxes.

Any income said Cantor raised by closing the loopholes as preferences for the oil and gas industry should be used to pay "" reductions of tax somewhere else."" His previous position was that close the loopholes must wait for a global effort of the reform of the tax code.
